This scoping review of the literature critically assesses research on peer education programs for HIV prevention and sexual health among sexual and gender minority young people (< 25 years) in the Mekong Region. We explore developmental, cultural, and structural challenges and approaches to peer education in Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
